All commercial quotations, product pricing schedules, and availability notes issued via our digital platforms, official emails, or direct communications are subject to formal confirmation via a binding Proforma Invoice (PI). Unless explicitly stated otherwise within a signed contract, our standard supply and payment terms require a 50% advance remittance upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance payable strictly before dispatch or securely against presentation of shipping documents. Minimum order quantities (MOQs), container load allocations, and lead times vary by product category—such as cocopeat blocks, organic vermicompost, South Indian rice varieties, and Kerala spices—and will be explicitly itemized within your formal commercial documentation.

We pride ourselves on maintaining rigorous quality control standards, ensuring that all export consignments comply with international grade specifications, moisture thresholds, and purity standards. Prior to vessel loading or air cargo dispatch, buyers have the option to arrange independent pre-shipment inspections through internationally recognized testing agencies like SGS or Intertek at their own expense. Our liability regarding product specifications, weight variations, or quality parameters transfers directly upon issuance of the clean Bill of Lading or airway bill at the port of loading, and any formal claims regarding cargo discrepancies must be lodged in writing within seven business days of port arrival accompanied by certified inspection reports.

Shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics arrangements are executed under standard international commercial terms (Incoterms), primarily featuring FOB port dispatch or CIF global ocean freight quotes as requested by the buyer. UrbanRoot Global Trading shall maintain zero liability for shipment delays, port congestion, customs holdups at destination ports, or force majeure events arising from unexpected weather phenomena, governmental embargoes, carrier strikes, or global supply chain disruptions beyond our reasonable operational control. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local import licensing mandates, customs duty clearances, quarantine approvals, and environmental regulations applicable within their destination jurisdiction.

All proprietary intellectual property displayed across our digital ecosystem—including corporate branding, product descriptions, photography, technical parameter tables, and downloadable PDF brochures—remains the exclusive property of UrbanRoot Global Trading and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized commercial reproduction, scraping, alteration, or redistribution of our proprietary content is strictly prohibited. These terms and conditions, alongside any individual export contract executed with our firm, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive legal jurisdiction over commercial disputes residing exclusively with competent courts located in Palakkad, Kerala.
